HID-2138 install RST for RAID Driver

Verify the correct procedure for installing the RST driver.

If you install the Intel RST driver on HID-2138 directly, it will prompt an error message because VMD Controller is disabled by default in BIOS.
To use the VMD Controller and Raid, please enter BIOS to open RAID setting, then you can install RST driver.
Chipset => System Agent (SA) Configuration => VMD Setup Menu => Making “Enabled VMD Controller [Disabled]” changed as [Enabled].
