In addition to building a factory on Lide Street in Zhonghe, Avalue is capable of assembling, testing, and packaging a small number of various system products. It also makes full use of outsourcing partners, including Eversun, a subsidiary in Kaohsiung, which is responsible for most of the PCBA. Production, but also gradually expand the assembly and testing package capabilities of system products.The outsourcing factories in Taiwan are concentrated in the New Taipei/Taoyuan area, which is convenient for scheduling.In addition, Compal is the main production base in China.

The production capacity of the above-mentioned equipment depends on the product type, and can support the production of 150K pcs PCBA and the assembly and testing of 13K pcs Box PC per month.With the complexity of system products, the production capacity will be adjusted accordingly. For example, the monthly production capacity of medical panels is estimated to be 7.5K

Automatic Inspection Equipment

3D Dimension Measurement Machine
- Precision dimension measurement with accuracy down to ~ μm.
3D X-ray Inspection System
- Verify reflow soldering quality, especially for BGA solder joints.
- Measure the vertical solder fill ratio for through-hole joints.
- Automatic void calculation.
ICT (In-Circuit Tester)
- Perform circuit testing on passive components.
- Identify defect and empty solder before function test.
- Improve product test coverage 85%~90%.
DIP AOI Equipment
- Simultaneous double-side inspection.
Selective Soldering System
- Local nitrogen protective atmosphere.
Conformal Coating Equipment
- There is a demand for moisture-proof, dust-proof, and chemical-proof substances, and the coating of conformal coating can achieve the purpose of protection.
Temperature/ Humidity Chamber
- The constant temperature and humidity machine is suitable for sieving of wide temperature models (-40°C ~ 85°C).

e-SOP
- Retrieve SOP documents directly from ISO Zone.
- Display records of abnormalities for precautions.

i-Program
