Dividend Policy
As the Company is currently in the stage of operational growth, the Company needs to fund its operational growth and meet its investment needs with retained earnings. Therefore, the Company has adopted a residual dividend policy at the present stage.
In view of the needs of business expansion and industrial growth, the Company's future dividend policy shall be determined based on its future capital expenditure budget for which capital needs are measured, while earnings shall be appropriated in the form of cash dividends or stock dividends, provided that cash dividends shall be no less than 50 percent of the total dividends to be distributed.
