Amid the accelerating adoption of artificial intelligence, the restructuring of global supply chains, and the transition toward a low-carbon economy, a company’s long-term value is no longer determined solely by its operating performance. It increasingly depends on its ability to remain resilient amid change, seize opportunities through innovation, and uphold its responsibilities while pursuing growth. As a company operating in the industrial computing and intelligent applications sector, Avalue recognizes that the value of technology lies not only in improving efficiency, but also in helping industries and society address critical challenges and create meaningful, long-term impact.
Over the past year, Avalue continued to deepen its capabilities in high-value-added applications, including smart healthcare, smart manufacturing, high-performance computing, Edge AI, and system integration. Through these efforts, the Company has progressively evolved from a provider of industrial computing products into a partner delivering intelligent solutions. At the same time, Avalue strengthened the involvement of the Board of Directors and the Sustainability Development Committee in environmental, social, and governance matters. Climate-related risks, greenhouse gas management, green product design, sustainable supply chain management, information security, occupational health and safety, and diversity and equality have all been incorporated into the Company’s governance framework and day-to-day operations.
I firmly believe that sustainability is not a standalone initiative, but a core capability that enables a company to prepare for the future. Avalue will therefore continue to use intelligent technologies as a driving force for sustainability. Through low-carbon products, responsible supply chains, talent development, and a supportive workplace, the Company seeks to contribute to Taiwan’s Sustainable Development Goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with particular emphasis on gender equality, decent work and economic growth, responsible consumption and production, and climate action.
