Every year, all Avalue employees and department managers complete a training needs assessment, which is used to develop the following year's training plan. New hires undergo orientation training and receive both general and specialized training based on their job roles. Upon completion of training, employees are required to complete a course evaluation form to assess their learning experience.


In 2023, we dedicated 662 hours and NT$315,000 to employee training, significantly increasing our investment from the previous year. These training programs not only enhanced employees' professional skills but also fostered a strong sense of personal growth.

New Employee Training: This helps new hires adapt to our company culture, job responsibilities. General Information & Occupational Safety Training: We offer general training on information security and occupational health and safety to enhance employee safety awareness and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Online Learning Platform: Our online learning platform provides flexible learning opportunities, allowing employees to learn at their own pace. These platforms typically include video courses, quizzes, and interactive learning materials.
