Avalue Technology Incorporation (hereinafter referred to as Avalue), since the establishment, has been dedicated to addressing global climate change challenges and supporting the sustainable development of society and the environment through concrete actions.
In 2023, we not only continued this mission but also further embedded our concern for the Earth into the core of our corporate culture by releasing our sustainability report.
This report documents Avalue's strategies and achievements in environmental protection, social responsibility, and governance transparency, reflecting our firm commitment to the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
These principles encompass human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption, serving as our action guide in pursuing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Avalue not only promotes the implementation of these principles internally but also extends them to our partners, working together to build a fairer, greener, and more responsible business environment.

Principles & Guidelines
To provide all stakeholders of Avalue Technology with insights into our corporate sustainability efforts, this report is prepared in accordance with the 2021 edition of the GRI Standards issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the "Regulations Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TWSE Listed Companies" published by the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Reporting Scope
The report covers information from Avalue Technology's main sites in Taiwan (Lian-cheng road, Li-de street and Taichung) and some data from overseas subsidiaries. The report focuses on management performance, comprising operations, environment and society. Financial information is based on audited data verified by accountants. Some statistical data is obtained from annual reports, government agencies, and relevant publicly accessible information on websites.
Reporting Period
Avalue Technology's Annual Sustainability Report has been publicly disclosed since 2022. This report discloses information for the period from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023. To ensure project and activity performance completeness, certain content may refer to periods before 1st January 2023 and after 31st December 2023.
